Zero Emission Studio AS is a young company with a vision to contribute knowledge that enables more low-energy and zero-emission buildings. Our services range from concept development, energy concepts and sustainability strategies to the preparation of environmental programs, environmental follow-up plans, development of detailed solutions and energy calculations for energy-efficient buildings. We also provide the BREEAM AP role and assist with applications for funding, for example from Enova. In addition, we follow up requirements from various flagship initiatives such as FutureBuilt and perform LCA calculations.

- Sustainability strategies and concept development
- Zero Emission Studio develops concepts for sustainable projects and helps architects and developers establish the right strategy to achieve their goals. This includes targets related to BREEAM, FutureBuilt or similar frameworks, as well as project-specific goals. As a follow-up, we develop quality and environmental programs and Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
- BREEAM AP
- Zero Emission Studio acts as advisor, coordinator and process manager for BREEAM work in projects. The BREEAM AP supports the project team and process, helps define goals, and follows up and documents solutions so that a BREEAM-NOR certification can be achieved after formal audit. We have several certified BREEAM APs among our staff.
