We are proud to announce that ZEMS contributed to the team that won the architectural competition at Bryn in Oslo! The award-winning proposal, Ready Clay One, developed in collaboration with Transborder Studio and SLA, emphasizes holistic urban development with strong focus on landscape, housing quality, and resource efficiency — including the exploration of local clay and the establishment of a neighborhood plant nursery. The jury highlighted the project’s simplicity, adaptability, and clear ambitions for both architecture and public spaces, with ZEMS playing a key role in the winning concept.
